¶01 The short answer
Checked 22 October 2026. We checked every cost below on the platform’s own page that day. Fees change, so check again before you sign up.
Start with the official vendor directory, then one review platform with verified client reviews, then the business profiles buyers and AI assistants check. Only ask real clients for reviews, in their own words. Keep every listing consistent: name, services, prices and email.
This is a list of platforms, not agencies. We have no paid or affiliate link with any of them.
¶02 1. Vendor directories (do these first)
The vendor’s own directory is the most direct proof that you are a partner at all. Buyers check it, and so do the people who write “best partner” lists. If you also work with other vendors, list there too.

¶03 2. Review platforms with verified reviews
One well-kept profile with real, recent reviews is worth more than five empty ones. Pick one to start, and add another only when you can keep both up to date.

¶05 4. Your own site, the source the others should match
Every listing should agree with your own website. Your site is the one place you fully control, so make it the reference.
A proof page with named results, shared with your clients’ permission.
A published price page, or at least a clear guide to how you price.
An llms.txt file that sums up who you are and what you do in plain words.
Not sure how your site reads today? Our free AI Visibility Checker reads your homepage and up to five key pages and runs our public checks. Our playbook covers the wider method, and the 10 checks we run first show where to begin.
¶06 How to collect reviews honestly
Ask clients you have worked with, not friends or suppliers.
Send the platform’s own review link. Never write the review for them.
Do not offer anything in return for a review.
Reply to every review, good or bad.
¶07 Why this matters for AI answers
“Best of” lists and AI assistants pull from places they can check. Directories, review sites and business profiles are among those places. A partner that is missing from them, or listed with different facts in each, is easy to leave out.
For whether directories change AI answers at all, see do partner directories and reviews affect AI recommendations? For more on how one firm gets named over another, see why an AI answer names one firm and not another. For the wider service, see NetSuite partner marketing.
Not sure where to start? Run the Enquiry Leak Finder first. It takes about three minutes and shows where enquiries may be slipping away.
Basis for this piece
Each platform’s own published pages, checked on 22 October 2026, and our own work with NetSuite and ERP partners. Costs are in the currency each platform publishes. Where a platform does not publish a fee, we say so rather than guess.
