Scope comes after the Review. The Review establishes the priority and constraints first. Any paid work is then agreed in writing against that specific need, rather than selected from a fixed package.

  2. Priority fix sprint

    Implementation of the priority technical fixes that are genuinely in Artifexa's hands, with the scope agreed after the Review. Shipped inside ten working days of access being granted, then the visibility score is re-run against the review baseline with a line-by-line list of what changed. No ranking is promised.

    From £750You pay when the fixes are live, not before. If they are not live, there is no invoice. The full £750 is credited against your first month if you continue.

  3. Marketing Ops Pilot

    One agreed monthly priority through a complete, reviewable delivery cycle: planning, a campaign pack, approval and an action report.

    £3,500 fixedOne month, no tie. It is the same month of work as Core, so it is the same price.

  4. Marketing Ops Core

    An ongoing managed rhythm for a consultancy with a clear priority, useful expertise and a clear person responsible for approval.

    From £3,500 per monthNormally a minimum six-month commitment after a completed Pilot, with a progress review at month three. Any exception is agreed in writing.

  5. Marketing Ops Partner

    With Core, Artifexa runs one priority a month. With Partner, Artifexa is accountable for one agreed outcome across the year. It includes senior working sessions with the people who hold the technical detail and the people who win the work, and one planned proof, priority-page or enquiry-path improvement that is actually made rather than only recommended.
