You want to know who you'd be dealing with. Fair.
Artifexa is an independent UK B2B Marketing Ops service for NetSuite/ERP partners and referral-led specialist consultancies. It is a founder-led managed service, not a software platform or consumer brand.
Artifexa is one person: me. I plan the work, write the words, build the pages, wire the email and read the numbers afterwards. When you email, I reply, normally within a working day. There is no account layer to charm you and no junior to hand you to.
I've been shipping technical marketing for fifteen years. Dyson hired me three times: to build their global email framework, to roll it out and train teams worldwide, then to rebuild transactional email across SAP, Salesforce and Engage. Those frameworks still power product emails to millions of customers. At havas helia I built campaign email for Volvo, Heathrow, easyJet, Premier Inn, Subway and Dove. Intel had me on multilingual web production across EMEA. Then five years inside a NetSuite consultancy as its entire marketing function, including a year as Marketing Manager.
That last one is why Artifexa exists. Specialist consultancies don't have a content shortage; they have a translation problem. The expertise sits in pre-sales calls and rescue projects, held by billable people, and never reaches the page. My job is to own that translation: turning delivery insight into the marketing the firm never gets round to.
Two rules. Nothing goes out under your name without your written sign-off. And every number in every report is labelled measured, estimated or not-yet-connected. If I can't back a claim, I don't write it.
If that sounds like your kind of arrangement, start with the free measured Visibility Review: a prioritised plan you keep, whoever does the work. If you agree that Artifexa should implement the fixes, that work starts from £750.

P.S. Alongside Artifexa I take a limited amount of direct contract work: technical marketing, web builds, email systems, marketing ops. Remote, worldwide, outside IR35. LinkedIn is the quickest route.
Asked & Answered
The questions people check first.
Who runs Artifexa?
Artifexa is run by Matthew Hillman, who spent five years as the marketing function inside a NetSuite consultancy before starting it. Delivery stays with the person doing the work rather than an account layer.
Is Artifexa an agency?
No. It is a managed Marketing Ops service for a small number of specialist firms. There is no account team, no campaign pitch and no channel it is trying to sell you.
How many clients does Artifexa take?
Few enough that each engagement gets a real monthly cycle. Capacity is the reason the entry point is a measured review rather than an immediate retainer.
