About Artifexa

One person runs Artifexa. That is the point.

Artifexa is a founder-led Marketing Ops practice for NetSuite partners and specialist consultancies. The person you speak to before you buy is the person who plans, builds, reviews and reports the work: Matt Hillman, fifteen years deep in technical marketing. No account layer, no juniors, and nothing published without your written sign-off.

The track record behind the practice

15+ years shipping

Technical marketing delivery from hand-coded enterprise email to full website rebuilds, automation and analytics. The constant: systems that keep working after the engagement ends.

Dyson, three times

Hired to build Dyson's global MJML email framework. Extended to roll it out and train teams worldwide. Brought back a third time to rebuild transactional email across SAP, Salesforce and Engage.

Millions of emails

The frameworks Matt built still power product emails to millions of customers, tested across 30+ email clients and localised into multiple languages.

Five years in NetSuite

Embedded inside a NetSuite consultancy as its entire marketing function, including a year as Marketing Manager running strategy and delivery end to end.

The business

Artifexa runs the monthly marketing rhythm that specialist consultancies never get round to: LinkedIn planning and posts, SEO-led articles, email campaigns and a visibility report that says what changed and what to do next.

The model is approval-first. Every piece of work routes through your written sign-off before it goes anywhere near your firm's name. Every claim in every report is labelled measured, estimated or not-yet-connected. Numbers are never invented.

How one person delivers it

Behind the service is Sentinel, the delivery platform Matt designed and built: campaign planning, publishing schedules, evidence snapshots and monthly reporting in one place.

Sentinel is why a founder-led practice can ship a full monthly campaign pack with agency consistency and none of the agency overhead. It is an internal tool, not something you are asked to buy or log into.

The founder

Matt has spent his career being the person who actually ships: writing the brief, building the site, wiring the automation and reading the data afterwards.

Before Artifexa: Dyson's global email framework across three contracts, campaign email for Volvo, Heathrow, easyJet, Premier Inn, Subway and Dove at havas helia, and web production for Intel across EMEA.

Why specialist consultancies

Five years inside a NetSuite consultancy taught Matt the pattern: these firms do not have a content shortage. They have a translation problem.

The expertise lives in pre-sales calls and rescue projects, and never reaches the page, because the people who hold it are billable. Artifexa exists to own that translation job: turning delivery insight into the marketing the firm never gets round to.

Where the standards come from

Work delivered for

  • Dyson: global email framework, transactional email estate, three contracts.
  • Volvo, Heathrow, easyJet, Premier Inn, Subway, Dove: campaign email at agency pace.
  • Intel: multilingual web production across EMEA.

What that instilled

  • Enterprise discipline: tested, localised, signed off before anything ships.
  • Systems thinking: build the framework once, let it compound.
  • Respect for the reader: work goes out under your name, so it has to survive scrutiny.

Direct contract work

Alongside managed Marketing Ops engagements, Matt takes on a limited amount of direct contract work: technical marketing, web builds, email systems and marketing ops. Remote, worldwide, outside IR35. Start with a short note via LinkedIn or email.

Talk to the person who does the work

Send your website and a short note on the buyers you most want to win. You will get a direct reply from Matt with the sensible next step, normally within one working day.
