How we deliver · the production systems behind Marketing Ops
A managed service, run on machinery we own.
Artifexa is not software you log into. It is a managed service, and the delivery sits on real, owned production tooling on the Artifexa side.
Campaign packs, approvals, email and reporting ship to the same standard every month. This page shows the machinery.
Every engagement starts with the free measured Visibility Review. A prioritised plan you keep, honest no-fit advice, no portal to manage. Email systems · SEO operations · lead qualification · reporting · automation · monthly campaign packs.
The line
One line, onboarding to reporting.
Behind every engagement is a single, repeatable workflow. Onboarding context is captured once, the monthly campaign pack is built from it, the pack moves through your approval, and the month closes with a report written to be read, not filed. Artifexa runs the line. There is no portal for you to log into and manage yourself.
ST–1
Onboarding
Your context, offer and constraints captured once, at the start, and reused all year.
ST–2
Campaign pack
The month's theme, content and supporting web or search work, assembled to one bar.
ST–3
Approval
You see pack status clearly before anything ships. Nothing goes out unapproved.
ST–4
Report
Monthly activity turned into decisions you can read, not a dashboard to decipher.
The plant
The plant register.
Tooling only earns its place when it improves delivery. Everything on the register is judged against one question: does it help ship a properly scoped, managed engagement this month?

TemplateHedgehog
Artifexa's own email production system. Email is where Marketing Ops delivery is won or lost, so it exists to make that part faster and more consistent: reusable templates, lifecycle structure anddependable campaign email when a monthly pack needs it. The full build is written up in the TemplateHedgehog case study.

The delivery workflow
One repeatable workflow from onboarding to reporting, built and run on the Artifexa side. You get a consistent monthly rhythm, not self-service software. If you wanted another login to manage, this is the wrong service.
You get
A monthly rhythm, not another platform

Connected channels
Email, search, answer-engine visibility and reporting kept together inside one engagement, not bolted on as separate subscriptions. The point is that January's work still matters in June.

Why owned machinery matters.
Check 1
Onboarding context captured once and reused properly.
Check 2
Campaign pack status clear before client approval.
Check 3
Email, search and reporting kept in one delivery rhythm.
Tooling is only worth keeping if it makes client delivery clearer: faster onboarding, better campaign packs, cleaner approvals and a monthly report the client can genuinely understand. Anything that fails those checks gets removed.
Put it to work
Need monthly delivery, not another tool?
Start with the monthly delivery problem. Artifexa shapes the campaign theme, approval flow, report and supporting website or search work around it, and runs the line described above.
The route in
Review first. Retainer only if it earns it.
The free measured Visibility Review comes first: a prioritised plan you keep whoever does the work. If implementation is useful, agreed fixes start from £750. Monthly Marketing Ops, from £3,500 a month over six months with a progress review at month three, is the usual next step only when the review finds a repeatable delivery problem.
